Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo-Measure-Tech FF0G8T0480N00S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the VB404MC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NI20CP40VP4X2S100 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS010V3032UPN8XH1141 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Turck Brand SDPB0008D0004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Triad such as TR242F10 equipment made by Triad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triad" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VB805N7X17CS19 made by Turck as well as the popular GM1DCR9 original spares produced by Universal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MG36OF20 by Triad and TR242F10 spares by Triad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
